I’m Alun Borland, Managing Director at Stratiis.
I’ve worked in the IT industry for 34 years, and for the past 23 of those I’ve been the founder and managing director of Stratiis.
What I do:
Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a passion for helping organisations get the best out of their IT systems.
I love solving complex problems and seeing the real-world impact that effective technology solutions can make.
I have extensive experience leading teams and delivering projects in challenging, complex, and even hostile environments. That background has shaped my approach to leadership focused on; clarity, resilience, and staying calm under pressure.
About me:
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, watching hockey, and playing golf. These are the activities that help me recharge and stay inspired.
