What they do:
As a Senior Engineer at Stratiis, I work closely with our clients to
keep their technology running smoothly and help them get the
most from their IT. From resolving complex technical issues and managing infrastructure to improving security, performance and reliability, I take pride in finding practical solutions that make a
real difference to our customers.
About:
Background and experience
Throughout my IT career, I’ve developed a broad range of
technical skills across a variety of environments. My experience
covers areas including hardware support, networking, telephony
and cloud technologies, giving me a well-rounded understanding of
IT and the ability to approach challenges from different perspectives.
What they like about my role
One of the things I enjoy most about working in IT is that every
day brings something different. I particularly enjoy troubleshooting problems, finding the root cause and getting things working again
for the customer. I also enjoy building strong relationships with clients, understanding how their businesses operate and helping them achieve what they set out to do through technology.
Key strength
I pride myself on being approachable and someone that both clients and colleagues can rely on. I’m comfortable working under pressure and enjoy the challenge of finding practical solutions to complex problems. I always aim to remain calm, communicate clearly and
make sure the customer is happy with the outcome.
Outside of work
Away from work, I will be spending time with my family, gaming
(When I have time!) or at the gym training for my next fitness challenge.
